The Oklahoma Wildlife & Prairie Heritage Alliance (OWPHA) is a committee of the High Plains Resource Conservation & Development. OWPHA's primary responsibility is to maintain the Great Plains Trail of Oklahoma in partnership with the Wildlife Diversity Program of the OK Department of Wildlife Conservation and to help private landowners easily locate information on conservation programs through the OWPHA website and their Facebook page.
